TimeGrow Business Plan
“Learning isn’t about information—it’s about transformation.”
Founder Bio:
Sanni Haruna is a London-born, Chicago-raised creative thinker and recording artist known in part for work under the moniker pastorZEN. With a background in academic research, media, and education, Sanni brings a uniquely interdisciplinary lens to business development.
He started timegrow.org in 2023 as a blog, with the goal to serve as a digital sanctuary for creatives—blending theology, critique, and experimental media. His academic work explores the intersections of language, faith, culture, and identity; and a master’s dissertation from his time studying in Swansea observed the etymology of thought patterns as evidenced by religious and political speech.
While not building the future of creative learning ecosystems, you’ll find Sanni drinking tea, climbing rocks, scribbling words, or recording his next LP from a home studio (i.e. bedroom).
TimeGrow is dedicated to empowering the creators of tomorrow, blending education with inspiration through a vibrant hub for emerging artists. A model for human interaction, a sanctuary for creative freedom, and a seedbed for cultural renewal.
Problem: Disconnection
We are living through a crisis of connection, disguised as a one of meaning.
The 21st century and beyond demand transformations to learning and practice.
Technology is one key, as adaptive learning platforms and online courses help democratize access. Community is another, as galleries, libraries and learning centres form a backbone for future growth.
A new generation of tools need be forged to evolve and complement a new generation of work. Schools must emphasize critical thought, adaptability, and collaboration. Soft skills like communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork are equally crucial for success in a world defined by uncertainty.
The future of education might see a shift away from traditional degrees and move towards more community-based models. Universities may also become more flexible and modular, offering relevant micro-credentials and stackable certificates that address specific skills gaps in various markets.
The key to success lies in integration.
Solution: Integration
To supplement knowledge gaps by providing personalized attention to the creative process and potential of each member, merging faith with practice to combat social detachment and disintegration.
Vision: An information flywheel that evolves overtime.
Mission: To build the knowledge network for a new cultural operating system; allowing art and philosophy converge with ritual and practice, curating a growth mindset approach to collaborative expression.
Market Fit: Hybrid ecosystem and creative hub seeding localized high-trust communities within a globalized virtual network, connecting artists with real world opportunities across borders.
Strategy: Develop an open-sourced model for local learning through scalable and community-driven avenues that enhance traditional education; bridging the space between theory and practice.
Ask: £77K through 2026; supporting app development, launch campaigns, and initial infrastructure.

- 5k+ subscribers, full platform buildout, open TG membership referrals, expand to 2nd city – Q3 2026.
Governance
TimeGrow is being built as a distributed, community first, creative ecosystem.
I am prioritizing a solo founder/operator launch model; supported by freelance, volunteer, and locally-based collaborators—with plans to scale into a full interdisciplinary team between year 2 and 3.
Year 1 – Founder Led (community supported) | Foundational Layer
Develop initial product, strategy, and overall organizational alignment.
Founder – Set course and build community
Systems Architect (freelance) – Facilitate web development, data privacy, and tech support
Quality Control (community) – Establish effective operations and internal policy.
Year 2 – Partner Driven | Relational Layer
Build awareness, instigate donor engagement, and ensure operational discipline.
Community Relations Mngr. – Internal relations, donor stewardship, & volunteer coordination.
Business Consultant – Strategic Intelligence & trend gathering + oppositional research.
Operations Mngr. – Meeting notes, inventory, and team training (works with QC).
Year 3 – Community Driven | Structural Layer
Story keeping, narrative cohesion, team preservation and social advocacy.
Service Officer – Spiritual lead and team chaplain for emotional guidance & support.
Staff Librarian – Team archivist, recording & preserving compelling narratives and storylines.
Designer – Create branded materials, curate aesthetic, and edit visuals.
Legal – Advisor and advocate to assist with bookkeeping and compliance.
Conclusion
Timegrow exists to seed culture with beauty, via intentional and collaborative re-creation.
I believe that artists when rooted in truth and gathered in love become architects of the future.
The ultimate vision is to build a kind of Spirit-led creative seminary: an open-source academy where learning, worship, artistry, and collaborative problem-solving coexist.
Through this, I pray to help catalyze a new cultural renaissance—not driven by algorithms, or consumption, but by meaning, memory, and mission led creatives operating on purpose.
